Who We Are

Wellbase Industrial Limited (herein Wellbase) was established in the form of partnership in 1993. The corporate headquarter is located in Hong Kong, affiliated with four manufacturing plants in China, one in Shenzhen and three in Hangzhou. The four factories employ a total of more than 1,000 staffs and cover a total land area of around 57,500m².

Wellbase specializes in manufacturing kitchenware, bakeware, kitchen utensils and electronic accessories. We have also manufactured many other plastic products for different markets. At Wellbase, our customers can enjoy the convenience of an “One-Stop” experience. From product conceptual idea, industrial design, engineering, mold fabrication, assembly, packaging to final products, we are more than capable in terms of providing full range services to our customers.

The three partners who founded Wellbase are well experienced experts in the plastic manufacturing fields. They are all enthusiastic professionals in the plastic manufacturing business ready to assist our customers. With their collaborative contribution, we are able to provide professional consultations to our customers. Wellbase is an energetic company with an aggressive drive to succeed. We believe that a strong commitment to our customers along with excellent customer services laid the foundation for our continued success. Customer service has already been our first priority.

1993

Company Established

Our 30+ year journey began here, with Tiger Lau and P.F. Chan establishing WELLBASE in Hong Kong and WEIPENG in Shenzhen.

2000

Expansion into Hangzhou

As business began booming, Mr. Lau and Mr. Chan decided to establish another factory and started scouting all over China, ultimately deciding on Hangzhou’s Tonglu County.

With Daniel Xie joining the partnership, the three officially established FREETRON. Tonglu will continue to grow into a sprawling city, with FREETRON as one of its oldest businesses.

2015

Second Factory in Hangzhou

To keep up with growing demand, a second factory was established in Hangzhou’s Tonglu County.

2021

Third Factory in Hangzhou

As part of continued expansion, a third factory was established in Tonglu County.

2024

Hong Kong Office Expansion

In a new initiative to upgrade and optimize all of WELLBASE’s locations, the HK office moved from an industrial building to a newly built office complex in Lai Chi Kok.

2025

Hangzhou Factory Consolidation

As demand kept growing, production capacity had to match. To consolidate Hangzhou’s three factories into one central location, the partners decided to build a state-of-the-art factory complex spanning 30,000 ㎡. Now with all of Hangzhou’s production capability in one central location, efficiency has greatly improved.

2025

Expansion into Cambodia

Southeast Asia’s production capabilities have been steadily improving, and contains much potential to become a secondary hub of manufacturing alongside China. To diversify our own manufacturing flexibility, WELLBASE has also opened a factory in Cambodia’s Kampong Speu province, located near the Phnom Penh capital city.
