With a total of 195 injection molding machines, and a monthly 5,000,000 plastic parts production capacity, we are more than capable of fulfilling any product order you wish. Our machines are capable of many different capabilities, such as:

• Horizontal injection molding

• Vertical injection molding

• Double injection molding

• Insert molding - allows for other components (eg. metal parts, molded cables, and encapsulated circuit boards) to be integrated into the plastic molded part

• Over molding - different component materials are integrated into one part, (eg. a toothbrush, where a soft elastomer material is molded onto a rigid handle)

We have developed special methods to ensure that the liquid silicone rubber is cured with no imperfections, and our 30+ years of experience with silicone casting solidifies us as the go-to option for solving production of complicated and unique silicone designs.

All our injection machines are already fully equipped with auto-arms, and we are steadily progressing our goal of full automation. If your product’s production requirement necessitates it, we are ready and willing to design a custom automation setup for you.

Our in-house testing laboratory allows us to perform in-depth quality checks regularly to ensure items in production maintain the top-quality standard as required; our team is able to perform all the stress tests required without any need of outside assistance. It also provides our QE team with the ability to find potential issues well ahead of time, so that the end-customer can receive the best product possible.

We are fully capable of assembling and packaging, so that your products can ship directly from our factories to end destination. We are equipped with several corrugated cardboard printing machines to ensure quality standards are met, and minimal downtime is needed.
